Authorize the payment via Stripe — the amount is reserved first. It is charged as we book; if the booking fails, it is refunded. A 9% service fee is added on top of the flight and hotel cost.
Card payments via Stripe — your card number goes straight to Stripe, never to Travl.
You'll receive a booking confirmation with your PNR (airline record locator) and a day-by-day itinerary by email. Tickets are issued by the airline and sent directly to your email.

What is a PNR?
PNR stands for Passenger Name Record — it's your booking reference number that the airline uses to identify your reservation. You'll need it to check in online.
What if the flight price changes after I start?
You never pay more than the amount you approve: your card is reserved for exactly that amount (in kroner or euros, as checkout shows), and we book straight away. Airlines can withdraw a fare within minutes — if it is gone by the time we book, the booking is not made and the amount is refunded. Search again for the current price.
Can I book for multiple travelers?
Yes. Tell the chat who is travelling — adults, and children with their ages — and add everyone's names in checkout. Up to 9 travellers per booking.
What airlines and hotels are available?
We have access to 400+ airlines and 150,000+ hotels via Amadeus GDS. Low-cost carriers like Ryanair and easyJet that don't distribute through GDS are not available.
What happens to my passport details?
We ask for them only when the airline requires them for your route, after your card is authorized. They go to the airline through Amadeus when we book and are not stored with your booking at Travl — they're saved in your account only if you choose to save the traveller. If you scan your passport, the photo is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to read the details and is not stored by Travl. More in our Privacy Policy, under “Passport details”.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change policies depend on the fare rules of your specific ticket. You'll see these before you pay. Contact us at support@travl.no for help with changes.
